Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your purchase and use of BookingBot, an AI WhatsApp booking and reservation system for taxi, limo and chauffeur operators. By buying a plan or using the software you accept these terms.

2. What you buy

BookingBot is a monthly subscription for your whole business — not per vehicle: Starter at $49/month and Pro Fleet at $79/month (USD). There is no setup fee. The subscription covers configuration and deployment of the bot, hosting, WhatsApp Business API management, software updates, monitoring and support, as described in the pricing section of this site at the time you subscribe.

3. What your subscription covers

Maintenance, monitoring, updates and support are included in your monthly subscription for as long as it is active — there is no separate maintenance invoice. Meta WhatsApp conversation fees and Stripe processing fees are billed directly to your own Meta and Stripe accounts at cost.

4. Third-party services

BookingBot relies on third-party services including WhatsApp / Meta, Stripe, mapping providers and calendar providers. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts with those providers and complying with their terms. We are not liable for outages, policy changes or account suspensions imposed by those providers.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business details, service areas, rates and operating hours.
• Hold the licences and insurance required to operate passenger transport.
• Handle your passengers’ bookings, pricing disputes and refunds.
• Keep your Stripe account, phone numbers and credentials secure.

6. Payments to you

Passenger deposits and fares are collected directly through your own Stripe account. We never hold your passengers’ funds.

7. Refunds

You can cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the paid month. Completed monthly charges are non-refundable. Please review the demo, pricing and feature list — and ask us any questions — before you subscribe. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Intellectual property

The BookingBot software, prompts and templates remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deployed system for your own transport business. Your brand assets and customer data remain yours.

9. Limitation of liability

The software is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for lost bookings, lost profits or indirect damages.
