Refund Policy

Cancel any time — paid months are non-refundable.
BookingBot is a monthly subscription ($49/month Starter, $79/month Pro Fleet). You can cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the paid period, but completed monthly charges are non-refundable: onboarding, hosting and WhatsApp API management are delivered continuously. Please make sure you fully understand the product before you subscribe.
Before you buy

- Read the comparison and FAQ, including what the monthly subscription covers and which fees Meta and Stripe bill you directly.
- Request a live demo and ask every question you have. We answer before payment, not after.
Duplicate or failed charges
If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or a payment was taken in error and no work was delivered, email contact@elevatecodedigital.com with your receipt and we will correct the duplicate charge.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback after delivery does not change this policy. Please contact us first — most concerns are configuration issues we can fix quickly.
Passenger payments
Deposits and fares your passengers pay are handled by your own Stripe account and your own booking terms. Refunds to passengers are decided and issued by you, not by us.
