Meta bills conversation fees to your account directly. We never use unofficial gateways, which are the usual reason numbers get banned.

Outside that window, proactive messages such as ride reminders must use templates approved by Meta, which we write and submit for you; approval usually takes minutes to a day. Passengers must have opted in, which happens naturally when they message your number or tick consent at booking. Business verification and number onboarding typically take 3–7 working days.

To get started, I just need these from you: 1) Business details — service areas, vehicle types, your rates, operating hours, and any FAQs your customers usually ask. 2) Branding — logo and brand colors if you have them (if not, I'll design something clean). 3) Stripe account — free to create, takes about 10 minutes, stays fully in your name. 4) Where bookings should land — Google Calendar, email, or both.
