Website form + plugins

FAQ

Is there any maintenance cost?

Yes — after the first 30 days from deployment, ongoing maintenance ranges from $100 to $200.

What info do I need to provide?

To get started, I just need these from you: 1) Business details — service areas, vehicle types, your rates, operating hours, and any FAQs your customers usually ask. 2) Branding — logo and brand colors if you have them (if not, I'll design something clean). 3) Stripe account — free to create, takes about 10 minutes, stays fully in your name. 4) Where bookings should land — Google Calendar, email, or both.

How is this different from a normal dispatch system?

Dispatch systems manage jobs you already have. Our tool wins the job in the first place: it answers the WhatsApp enquiry, quotes the fare, collects payment and then hands a complete booking to your dispatch board.

Why is a one-off price better than a subscription?

With a subscription your costs rise as your fleet grows. A one-off licence means the software is paid for after a handful of jobs, and every booking after that keeps its full margin.

Can I keep the software I already use?

Yes. Most operators run the booking bot in front of their existing dispatch, calendar or accounting tools and sync confirmed bookings across.

What about marketplaces like Uber or Blacklane?

They bring volume but take commission and keep the passenger relationship. The booking bot is aimed at your direct and repeat business, where margins are highest.

Do you support taxi, limo and chauffeur operations?

All three. Each solution page covers the specific pricing rules and workflows for taxi, limo charter and executive chauffeur work.

What is the difference between Starter and Pro Fleet?

Starter ($500) suits a single operator: AI booking, quotes, payments, reminders and calendar sync. Pro Fleet ($900) adds multi-vehicle and limo classes, a dispatch dashboard with driver assignment, live tracking and priority onboarding.
