Who we are

BookingBot provides AI WhatsApp booking software for taxi, limo and chauffeur operators. This policy explains what we do with personal data on this website and in the products we deploy.

Data we collect

• Enquiries: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number and message when you request a demo or contact us.
• Purchases: billing name, email and payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and never reach our servers.
• Site usage: basic technical data such as pages viewed, referrer, device and approximate location, used to keep the site working and improve it.

Booking data we process for operators

When we deploy a bot for an operator, passenger messages, pickup and drop-off addresses, trip times and payment references are processed on that operator’s behalf. The operator is the data controller for that information; we act as a processor and use it only to run and support the service.

How we use data

• To answer enquiries and provide demos.
• To deliver, configure and support purchased deployments.
• To take payment and issue receipts.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

Service providers

We share data only as needed with providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), WhatsApp / Meta (messaging), hosting and email providers, mapping providers and calendar providers where you connect them.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to run the site and remember your cookie choice, plus optional analytics cookies if you accept them. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site, which brings the consent banner back.

Retention

We keep enquiry data while there is a live conversation or relationship, and transaction records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Email info@taxi-webdesign.com and we will respond. If your data was submitted through an operator’s booking bot, contact that operator first and we will assist them.
